Terms and Conditions – Sarhad Tours & Rental Services (STRS)
1. Booking and Reservations:
- All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
- Reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
- Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
2. Rental Duration:
- The minimum rental period is 12 hours per day.
- Charges are based on a daily rental rate, with additional fees for extended usage beyond the agreed time.
3. Vehicle Use and Maintenance:
- Vehicles are to be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with traffic regulations.
- The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
- Regular maintenance and inspections are carried out; however, any issues during the rental period should be reported immediately.
4. Drivers:
- All rentals include a company-employed, certified chauffeur.
- Drivers are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and adhering to traffic laws.
- Requests for uniformed drivers must be made at the time of booking.
5. Safety and Security:
- All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems for safety and security.
- First aid kits and fire extinguishers are provided in each vehicle.
- The renter is required to ensure the vehicle is securely locked when not in use.
6. Insurance and Liability:
- Vehicles are insured for damage and third-party liability, but renters are responsible for any deductibles or damages not covered by insurance.
- The renter must provide a valid driver’s license and comply with all insurance requirements.
7. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, as specified at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for unused rental time or early returns.
8. Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Additional charges for fuel, extra hours, or special services will be invoiced separately.
9. Customer Responsibilities:
- Renters must ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Any loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately.
- Renters are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period.
10. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from the rental agreement should be addressed promptly with STRS.
- In the event of unresolved disputes, they will be handled according to applicable local laws and regulations.
11. Modifications to Terms:
- STRS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the renter.
